At Manshead CE Academy we pride ourselves on the quality of our food, including our famously tasty and nutritious Manshead pies.
Under our Catering Manager Miss Jemima Barnett, our food is very popular with students and staff alike, and we routinely receive a 5* rating in our Environmental Health inspections. Registering for Free School Meals if you are entitled is very important; because the link between nutrition, behavior and educational achievement is so well-proven, Manshead CE Academy includes breakfast in its Free School Meal provision to ensure the best possible start to the day; also, registering for Free School Meals releases additional funding to the academy from central government to allow us to provide additional educational support. The link below explains who qualifies for Free School Meals, and directs you to the very quick and easy telephone-based registration procedure. Menus may be subject to change, due to unforeseen circumstances. During the summer term menus may vary and change, due to weather and numbers of children in school.
